At Bartinney Estate, we have eight different Cabernet Sauvignon blocks that make up 70% of the vines planted on the property. This wine has a perfumed nose with notes of plum, black cherry and coriander. The palate is structured and broad, with grippy and rich tannins.

Vinifikation For this Cabernet, the grapes come from the best blocks and were harvested and vinified separately. Fermentation lasted up to 14 days and the wine then remained in contact with the skins for up to another week before being pressed. The wine was aged for 18 months in 70% new French oak barrels.
