Vinifikation In the vineyard, David & Nadia strive for organic farming, and in the cellar, they work as naturally as possible. After all, it's all about the soil and the vineyards. They believe in a pure, fresh, and natural style, where location and soil, with minimal oenological intervention, do the work. This Chenin Blanc vineyard was planted in 1984 (the same year David & Nadia were born). It's the first time we've released a wine from the Rondevlei site, which is located on a dry plain in Swartland. It is the only two-row vineyard we work with. A quarter of the wine was aged in a concrete egg. The wine also qualifies for the Certified Heritage Vineyards (CHV) seal and is part of the Old Vine Project (OVP).
