Product Description:
Dramatic aromatics with top notes of flowers and herbs, followed by lime, lemon and naartjie, with hints of ginger and other spices. The palate reveals great fruit fullness and lots of zesty acidity. Plenty of flavour and a long, dry finish. This wine has a vinous appeal with the perfect amount of weight and texture.

Vinifikation The first release of Noa. After Donovan Rall spent the last few years tasting through a number of potential old vine Chenin vineyards on the granite soils of the Paardeberg, this 2.1ha parcel planted in the 1960's immediately stood out. Besides contributing to the Rall White, a selection of this vineyard will also be bottled separately for Noa. The grapes were picked earlier than the other parcels, fermented and aged in concrete egg to give the wine structure, whilst keeping the wine in a very fresh and almost primary state until bottling after 10 months.
