A classic and focused Cabernet Sauvignon with a bouquet of blackcurrant, black cherry and tea leaves, accented by sandalwood and pencil shavings. On the palate, it is balanced and structured, with fine tannins that provide tension and longevity. A graphite core runs through the wine, giving it depth and precision, while a vibrant acidity provides freshness. A wine of great concentration and finesse.

Vinifikation The hand-picked grapes were cooled overnight before being destemmed and fermented in open concrete tanks. Gentle extraction was achieved through two light pump-overs per day. Subsequently, the wine matured for 18 months in first-fill 225-liter French oak barrels.
