Geschacksnoten Medium-bodied, fruity, fresh & lively, velvety tannins, easy-drinking, aged in wooden barrels
Vinifikation The Syrah grapes are hand-picked and sorted. 30% of the grapes are still foot-stomped, with the remaining 70% placed on top and crushed in the process. Fermentation is triggered by natural spontaneous fermentation. The wine is aged for 16 months in oak barrels and finally for another 3 months in steel tanks.
