Vinifikation Fermentation took place in an open fermenter at 25°C, with daily manual punching down of the cap. After 10 days of maceration, the wine was gently pressed. Malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine matured in 25% new and 75% older French oak barrels. Total barrel aging was 12 months.
