Product Description:
A golden dessert wine with a very typical Muscat character on the nose. The wine shows aromas of pineapple, citrus fruits, apricots, a hint of honey and subtle floral notes. The palate is luscious with a perfect balance between sweetness and fresh acidity.

Vinifikation Wet, cool conditions allowed for slower ripening. Grapes were destemmed, crushed, and additional raisins and berries were hand-picked from the stems and added to the tank. Fermentation took place for 24 hours on the skins. The fermenting must went through a slow 3-hour press cycle, and the cloudy juice continued fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
