Vinifikation The wine was named after the French writer Francois Rabelais. In one of his books, the giant Gargantua builds a church called Thélème. It stands for a new world order. According to the principles of the Renaissance, all people are equal and education for all is considered the key to the future of our society. Revolutionary ideas in 1564. Thelema not only stood for a new world order but also for paradise on Earth. There were no walls, time was not controlled by clocks, and all people were well-clothed and nourished. This wine represents the best that Thelema brings to the bottle. It is an attempt to create a wine that comes close to the feeling and way of life of Thélème. The Thelema Rabelais matured for 20 months in 100% new French barriques after harvest. This wine should be given at least 5 years to mature.
