Product Description:
A lively combination of fresh lemon and lime aromas on the nose with fragrant white blossoms, delicate marzipan and orange zest, all underpinned by a nimble minerality. Exceedingly elegant in style with layers of spicy lime confit, some green melon, pistachio and an enticing seashell minerality that carries from nose to palate. The fine structure is complemented by remarkably refreshing acidity and a rich, creamy texture. The finish is long, precise and very mineral.
