On the palate, the cuvée particularly stands out with its balance and fruity character. The excellent tannin structure and well-integrated oak notes skillfully accentuate the nuances of red berries.

Geschacksnoten Full-bodied & powerful, Fruity, Velvety tannins, Aged in oak barrels, Mature & complex
Vinifikation The grapes come from the slopes of Simonsberg, between the wine-growing regions of Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl. The grapes were vinified separately and aged for 23 months in French oak barrels. After blending, the wine was then matured for one month in stainless steel tanks before being bottled and aged for a further 5 months in the bottle.
