Product Description:
Impressive, deep red color. Rich, intense, nutty fruitcake aromas on the nose with a medley of black and red forest fruits. Some tobacco, smoke, toast and cedar from the fine French oak. Large, intense palate with dense, broad tannins, yet still quite fine. Long finish with great potential.

Geschacksnoten Full-bodied & powerful, Fruity, Strong tannins, Mature & complex, Oaked
Vinifikation The grapes were hand-picked, 100% destemmed, lightly crushed, and transferred to open-top fermentation tanks. Fermentation occurred spontaneously at a maximum of 30°C for 15 days, with regular punch-downs depending on the individual plot. The wine, along with the press wine, was then transferred to French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation, 35% of which were new. Maturation lasted a total of 22 months, and the Cabernet Sauvignon was hand-bottled unfiltered.
