Product Description:
The Trilogy has an intense brick-red, dark color in the glass. On the nose, it has aromas of intense cedarwood, herbaceous spice, many forest berries and black olives. On the palate, the full, rounded feel of well-ripened tannins slowly gives way to roasted almonds, vanilla and coffee flavors, and another hint of forest berries on the finish.

Vinifikation Each grape variety was harvested and vinified separately. Alcoholic fermentation on the mash lasted about 7 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in the barrel. The Trilogy was then aged for 24 months in 60% new French barriques.
