Vinifikation It was a short winter and temperatures rose quickly in August, the growing season remained warm and dry, which slightly advanced harvest dates. Moderate to cool conditions during ripening led to wines with expressive aromas. Exceptional white and red wines from this vintage, very classic in style. This Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 19 months in French barriques, 25% of which were new wood. A total of only 117 barrels were produced.
