Vinifikation The Ridge Pinot Noir comes from a cool, east-facing slope of the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge with rocky, clay-rich Bokkeveld shale soils with low nutrient content. The wine was aged for 11 months in 16% new French oak barrels.
