Product Description:
Deep, rich red in the glass. Bouquet with classic notes of blackcurrant, cedarwood and graphite with undertones of cherry, plum and subtle spices. Black fruits follow the nose on the palate with power and richness from the Cabernet Sauvignon, depth from the Shiraz and freshness from the Cabernet Franc. Careful oak aging ensures that the aromas and weight on the palate are of a special nature.

Vinifikation The three grape varieties used for this blend ripen at different rates and were harvested at 24° to 25° Oechsle. Each grape variety was vinified separately and fermented on the skins for 7 to 21 days at 24° to 26°C in closed stainless steel tanks. The must was pumped over several times a day. Malolactic fermentation took place in barrels, and subsequently, the Red Blend matured for 18 months in 70% new French oak barrels.
