Vinifikation The Rall Grenache Blanc is a highly rated, top-quality wine of particular rarity and stunning character. The Grenache Blanc from the Piekenierskloof wine district, fermented in concrete eggs, comes from bush vines in a single vineyard growing at an altitude of 620 m. The grapes were pressed in whole bunches and transferred directly to clay amphorae and concrete egg vessels for fermentation without settling. After eight months on the lees and bottling without heavy filtration, this results in a special wine with a unique texture.
