Particular emphasis is placed on maximizing the various clonal expressions, and therefore each parcel is vinified separately and aged separately before the final blending. Beautiful dark red in the glass, complex and expressive on the nose, with aromas of blueberries, spices, tobacco leaves, and fresh herbs. Sweet, juicy, and penetrating, with more red than black fruits and great depth.

Vinifikation The grapes come from a 3-hectare vineyard with 5 different parcels. Over a period of 14 days, the grapes are hand-picked, sorted, and destemmed. Cold maceration takes place for 3-6 days at 8°C. Each parcel is naturally fermented at 26-30°C. Malolactic fermentation is completed, and the wine is further aged for 20 months in French barriques, 25% of which were new oak.
