Geschacksnoten Elegant, fruity, mature & complex

Vinifikation The grapes come from the slopes of Simonsberg, between the wine-growing regions of Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl. The grapes were pressed in whole bunches and the first fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. The still wine was then aged on its lees for 7 months before being bottled for the second fermentation. There, it matured for another 52 months on its lees.
