Product Description:
It smells of yellow plums, jasmine, broom, and orange blossom, is well-defined, and shows the same welcome restraint as the Viognier. On the palate, it is balanced, with grapefruit and mandarin on the attack, a silver bead of acidity, and lemongrass veins on the long finish. Very seductive. An outstanding expression of Roussanne, highly recommended.

Vinifikation The Cuvée Blanc is a new wine, a blend of 90% Roussanne, 5% Viognier, and 5% Chardonnay. The Roussanne was grafted onto the rootstock (from 2016) two years after the fires. Whole cluster pressed and aged on lees for 11 months.
