Vinifikation Six grape varieties, one delicious red wine. Our origin story in a bottle. A new joint project by two brothers: one, Christopher, loves good wine, which he can often enjoy, and dislikes boring brands. The other, Alastair, is the guru in the cellar, making delicious "Beetle Juice." The first vintage is aptly named Genesis. It is a blend of six grape varieties, all from Stellenbosch, each adding a different flavour note to this uncomplicated wine. It's not about the individual grape varieties, but about the interplay of aromas and textures. But since we know the answer, we’ll tell you anyway. Leading the way is Shiraz, followed by Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Sangiovese.
