Vinifikation The grapes come from the Boschkloof wine farm and were hand-picked and then spontaneously fermented on the skins at 26°C to 28°C. After fermentation, the wine remained on the skins for another 11 days to achieve maximum concentration and extraction. The wine was then aged for 14 months in French oak barriques, 10% of which were new.
