A floral, earthy, and very complex wine with a dense black and red fruit and white pepper aroma reminiscent of the Northern Rhône. The palate is not without tannin or acidity, but driven by pure fruit and a hint of aromatic spice. The overall impression is airy and ethereal.

Vinifikation Bot River has a Mediterranean climate, meaning longer growing seasons and temperate to warm seasonal temperatures. The 2021 vintage was characterised by consistently cooler weather throughout the growing and ripening period, resulting in slower ripening and better flavour development. All grapes were hand-picked, fermented as whole bunches for ten days, pressed, taken off the lees, and then matured in stainless steel tanks for eight months.
