Vinifikation The various vine blocks were vinified separately and fermented in open stainless steel tanks with regular punching down (4-5 times daily). This was followed by an extended maceration period, and the wine was then transferred into a combination of first, second, and third-fill French oak barrels. It matured there for 20 months.
