Product Description:
Youthful, dark red-violet color. Red berries and a hint of truffle on the nose. On the palate, intense earthy, meaty notes interwoven with chocolate. Velvety, full-bodied with finely integrated oak notes and beautifully integrated tannins. Leading into a long, intense finish.

Maturation: 12 months in 50% New wood, 25 % 2nd fill and 25 % 3rd fill. (100% French oak ). 2 rackings during wood maturation. Thereafter bottled without filtering or fining. Natural deposits may therefore be found in the bottle. Can be enjoyed now but is anticipated to reach its optimum in 2 - 5 years.
