Vinifikation Fermentation took place in an open-top fermenter at 25 °C, with daily manual punch-downs of the cap. After 10 days of maceration, the wine was gently pressed. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine matured in 25% new and 75% older French oak barrels. The total barrel aging period was 12 months.
