The Beyerskloof Pinotage Rosé is an invigorating, fresh, dry wine. With a bright coral pink in the glass and an aroma of fresh berries and floral undertones on the nose, the wine is enjoyable from the start. On the palate, the Beyerskloof Pinotage Rosé is pleasantly creamy with a hint of buttery notes. The taste is refreshingly crisp and clean with a abundance of red cherry and ripe strawberry flavors. The finish is long-lasting and complex with a slight sweetness.

Vinifikation Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes for this exceptional rosé were lightly crushed and left on the skins for 8 hours to extract the beautiful color, aromas, and structure into the wine. The juice was then separated from the skins and fermented for three weeks at a controlled 11°C in stainless steel tanks. After the primary fermentation was complete, the wine matured for another 3 months on its lees and was stirred twice a month (batonnage) to achieve a beautiful balance and an elegant mouthfeel in the wine.
