Geschacksnoten Medium-bodied, Elegant, Velvety tannins, Fresh & lively, Aged in oak barrels
Vinifikation Hand-picked and destemmed, with 10% whole clusters, fermented in open-top tanks. Fermentation occurred spontaneously at a maximum of 30°C for 14 days with regular push-downs. The wine was then transferred to French oak barrels, 40% of which were new, for malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged for a total of 19 months, after which the Syrah was hand-bottled unfiltered.
