Vinifikation
A true essence, clearly among the very best world-class sweet wines. Made from the Muscat de Frontignan grape. Unlike Sauternes, the wine is produced from very ripe grapes, without noble rot, from a 7.5ha vineyard. It matures in a combination of 60% new French oak barrels, Hungarian oak barrels, and French acacia. There, it ages for 3 years.
