Vinifikation Om represents the concept of universal creation and peace. The spectacular vineyard is located 300 meters above sea level and 12 km from the ocean. The soil consists primarily of granite with a clay overlay. The relatively young vineyard was planted in 2006. The grapes were hand-picked, sorted, cold-macerated, and fermentation occurred spontaneously. Extended maceration for optimal tannins. The wine matured for 10 months in 228L French oak barrels, partly new and used wood.
