Vinifikation This wine is limited for the following reasons: Only one parcel on our estate (0.8 hectares) is 100% dedicated to this label. For the "Ltd Release" edition, a single clone, 312, is used. Nobody in South Africa produces a Cabernet Franc exclusively from this clone, which makes it very unique and offers you something you won't find anywhere else. Annually, we produce only 250–350 cases of the limited Cabernet Franc edition. However, this does not mean that this wine is necessarily better than our Cabernet Franc; it simply possesses different characteristics that distinguish it. And, of course, the annual quantity is very limited. It has a fruitier body with more pronounced red fruit aromas and is quite lively on the palate.
