This classic Bordeaux assemblage, with deep ruby-red reflections, initially exudes aromas of raspberries and thyme, which develop into subtle notes of cinnamon and tobacco due to careful aging in oak. On the palate, fascinating aromas of plums, cassis, and black cherries are harmoniously interwoven by a firm yet refined and velvety texture.

Vinifikation Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with extended skin maceration and regular pump-overs to gently extract color and aroma. Afterwards, malolactic fermentation occurred in new French oak for selected tanks and the rest in stainless steel tanks, followed by barrel aging. The wine aged for 18 months in 225-liter French oak barrels, of which 43% were new, 45% second-fill, and the remainder third-fill.
