The red wine presents a deep, dark ruby core that gently transitions into a garnet rim. While the Vilafonté Series C is already impressively balanced in its youth, it will continue to evolve and gain complexity over time. Whether paired with game, dark meat, or spicy dishes, this red wine—aged for 22 months in French oak and produced in a limited run of only 64 barrels—is always a highlight in the glass.
