Product Description:
Clean aromas of Asian pear, white honey, blossoms, and crushed chalk. The palate is structured and detailed, with a floating feel reminiscent of club soda. Young quince, apples, and melon connect along a line of salted butterscotch to a deeper shading of waxy honeycomb. Mid-palate, a peaches-and-cream sensation is threaded with citrus acidity as the wine transitions to a mineral finish.

Geschacksnoten Medium-bodied, Smooth & mellow, Fresh & vibrant, Oak-aged, Mature & complex
Vinifikation An assemblage of Grenache Blanc, Piquepoul Blanc, Roussanne, and Marsanne. The grapes were harvested in several stages, cooled, and pressed as whole clusters before spontaneous fermentation. The wine was fermented in barrels and aged in old 500-liter French oak barrels. A portion of the Grenache grapes were whole-berry fermented to give the wine more texture and complexity. The components underwent 80% malolactic fermentation. Before blending, the wines aged for 1 year in barrels and for 1 year in bottle after bottling.
