Vinifikation A Grenache Blanc single vineyard, planted in 2009 on slate soils in the Klein Karoo (near Meiringspoort). Between hills with a continental, dry climate at 450m altitude. Matured for 9 months on fine lees in older 228-liter and 400-liter barrels.
