Product Description:
These low-yielding old bush vines have produced a beautiful, concentrated wine. The tight, compressed nose is quite mineral and leads to a concentrated palate with pear and citrus fruit, as well as some green apple. A certain structure and good acidity.

Vinifikation From Sinai Hill, south of Stellenbosch. An old-vine Chenin Blanc single vineyard, planted in 1978. Located on south-east facing contours with un-irrigated bush vines rooted in weathered granite soils. Overlooking the False Bay coastline only 3.5km away. The wine is matured for 9 months in a larger egg-shaped concrete vessel on fermented fine lees.
