Product Description:
An expression of Chenin Blanc's sincerity, untouched by any winemaking interventions. The must is unsulphured and allowed to take on oxygen, which brings out the yellow stone fruits for which the grape variety is so well-known. Clear pineapple aromas show on the nose, supported by further yellow fruit aromas with oxidative notes. No residual sugar or wood was added, and the wine completed spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, as naked and unadorned as can be.

The Chenin Blanc was oxidatively aged, and the grapes had skin contact for 6 hours. The Chenin Blanc was spontaneously fermented and left on its lees for 7 months. This wine was aged without the use of oak.
