Vinifikation The Mourvèdre grapes come from the slopes of Simonsberg and various valleys in Franschhoek and the Western Cape. After harvesting, the grapes were macerated on the skins for 2 hours, then pressed and cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged on the lees for 3 months before bottling.
