Vinifikation The grapes are sourced from the finest vineyards of the Western Cape. The wine was fermented in a combination of stainless steel and concrete tanks, with gentle pump-overs twice daily. It then matured for 16 months in oak barrels, with 20% of the wine aged in first-fill French barriques.
