Vinifikation The mother of owner Lars Maack lent her good name to this Bordeaux-style wine, and consequently, a great deal of effort was put into ensuring its quality. The Buitenverwachting Christine is a Cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, aged for 24 months in French oak barriques, and – like the convergence of two oceans near the Cape of Good Hope – embodies both power and finesse.
