Product Description:
Red plum, dried herbs, tomato leaf and the freshness of pine needles on the nose, followed by red cherry, redcurrant and light woodsmoke. The palate is dominated by bright red fruits with a hint of sour cherry and bitter chocolate, while the finish is grippy, salty and spicy.

Vinifikation Fermentation occurred exclusively with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Whole clusters accounted for 75%, with the remainder destemmed but left as whole berries. The wine spent a total of 4 weeks on the skins and was then aged for 11 months in French and Hungarian oak barrels (20% new).
