Product Description:
The 2024 vintage appears somewhat more "Burgundian" with an abundance of red fruits like wild strawberries and rhubarb. These are complemented by mulberries and juicy cherries, rounded off by earthy notes such as clove and dark spices. The super-fine texture on the palate creates a delightful taste that will make any Pinot lover's heart sing. "Coup de Coeur!".

Vinifikation Peter and Max are the first names of the winegrowers who supplied the grapes for the first vintage of this wine. The vineyards have since changed, but the name remains to honor the beginnings of our multi-vineyard Pinot Noir blend. The philosophy behind it is to create a blend from the different batches that is more than the sum of its parts. Naturally fermented with 50% destemmed fruit and the rest as whole clusters. Extraction is kept to a minimum during active fermentation, with a total of 4 weeks on the skins. Aged for 9 months in used French oak barrels.
