On the palate, vibrant undertones of plum are rounded off by notes of cedar. The velvety finish is full of dark fruits, chocolate, and peppermint, framed by soft tannins.

Geschacksnoten Elegant, fruity, velvety tannins, mature & complex, oak-aged
Vinifikation After extensive sorting, the grapes were destemmed and fermented as whole berries with regular punch-downs for gentler extraction. The mash then underwent a further 30 days of skin contact. The wine was obtained by a light pressing and aged for 18 months in 50% new and 50% used French oak barrels.
