Vinifikation A selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from our vineyards in Robertson, Stellenbosch, and selected parcels from the Western Cape. Whole bunch pressing ensures fractional recovery. After the juice settles, both grape varieties are fermented separately. Both still wines are then blended and, if necessary, bottled together with reserve wine. The MCC matured on its lees for 12 months and was then disgorged with a special selection of liqueur d'expédition.
