Product Description:
Intense lemon character (lemon zest and lemon curd), subtly integrated new French oak, a great texture on the palate, and a long finish with salty minerality. Initially a slight reductive note (matchstick), then lemon, oatmeal, and fresh bread. On the palate, a dense fruit core with vibrant acidity and a pithy finish, focused and balanced.

Vinifikation The grapes come from three vineyards planted between 2017 and 2020. They were harvested by hand and gently pressed as whole bunches in an old Vaslin basket press. The wine then matures for 12 months in 500-litre barrels, 10% of which are new, on granite soils. Sources contradict each other regarding the percentage of new oak. A British merchant cites around 20% new French oak with a long, light toasting.
