Vinifikation Fermentation took place in an open-top fermenter at 25 °C with daily manual punch-downs. After 10 days of maceration, the wine was gently pressed. Malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine matured in 25% new and 75% older French oak barrels. The total aging period in barrel was 12 months.
