Product Description:
Floral and perfumed, with aromas of violets, cassis and dried rosemary. Dark chocolate and thyme, cassis and blueberries follow on the palate, with firm fine-grained tannins, as is typical for the 2020 vintage. The tannins are well balanced by a dense fruit core, supported by fresh acidity.

Vinifikation Produced from a single vineyard planted in 2008. Hand-picked, destemmed and sorted. The must was fermented for 21 days with two to three pump-overs per day, then pressed and transferred for malolactic fermentation. After fermentation was complete, the wine was aged in French oak barrels (35% new and 65% second-fill) for 24 months, before only the best barrels were selected. The Cabernet Franc was then blended and filtered before being bottled in May 2022.
