Aromatic nose of strawberries, cherries, spices and rose petals. On the palate it is lively and light-footed with floral notes, candied oranges, tea leaves and red berries. Silky tannins give texture to the seductive floral finish.

Vinifikation The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, transported to the cellar, destemmed and transferred to tanks. The must spent between 7 and 14 days on the skins, depending on the tannin structure, with three or four pump-overs per day, and was then pressed. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in tank. After completion, the wine was aged for 12 months in various oak barrels, none of which were new, before being blended. It underwent light filtration and was bottled in August 2022.
