Vinifikation Warwick Estate Trilogy. This red wine cuvée comes from one of South Africa's leading wineries - Warwick Estate - Made famous by co-owner Norma Ratcliffe, who also bears the nickname "First Lady of Cape Winemaking." She was one of the first women in South African winemaking. Now her son Mike Ratcliffe manages the family winery. The Trilogy is a red wine consisting of the grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. This high-class red from Stellenbosch, South Africa, at the foot of Simonsberg, matures for 24 months in barrique barrels. Thanks to the Ratcliffes' skill, a high-class red wine cuvée has been produced.
