Terms of Entry

  • The organiser of the prize draw is Kapweine (Cape Wine Selection SA), Rütibüelstrasse 17, 8820 Wädenswil, Switzerland.
  • Entry is only possible in person, on-site at the South African Days 2026 (28–29 August 2026) in Wädenswil. Entry by post, email, online or any other means is excluded.
  • Persons aged 18 or over residing in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein are eligible to enter.
  • Employees of Kapweine and their family members are excluded from participation.
  • One entry is permitted per person. Purchasing a product is not a requirement for entry.
  • Winners will be determined by draw among all valid entries after the end of the South African Days 2026 and notified by letter or telephone.
  • Prizes are awarded as described. Cash payment, exchange or transfer of prizes is excluded.
  • Legal recourse is excluded. Kapweine's decision on the awarding of prizes is final and no justification will be given.
  • Personal data collected as part of the entry process will be used exclusively to conduct the prize draw and to notify the winners, and will not be shared with third parties.
  • Kapweine reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw at any time without giving reasons.
