Geschacksnoten Elegant, Fruity, Fresh & lively, Easy-drinking
Vinifikation The grapes come from trellised and bush vines in Paarl, planted on weathered shale soils with supplementary irrigation. The grapes were hand-picked at 20 and 22.5° Oechsle, destemmed, lightly crushed, and macerated for 2 hours. The must was then racked off the coarse particles and cold fermented at 14°C.
